3 Review the outcomeThe results will indicate whether the domain is at risk of future compliance issues and the steps needed to fix any compliance issues found. In most cases, fixing eligibility will require:
  • a new Registered Business Name from ASIC, or a new Trademark from IP Australia
  • with your new exact-match business name or Trademark of your domain name, a correction/Change of Registrant can be performed at your registrar.
